Platonic Solids Design is a unique company that brings multi-dimensional design-works to live. A typeface was designed for featuring the company's core value, a design not only should have its impact in one universe but multiple ones, such as branding, advertising, video-making, and 3D. Platonic solids can be cut into various sections to yield unexpected shapes or reveal their corresponding duals. In the project, the designer chose an octahedron as a representative for the company's image and sliced it into three parts that produce interesting geometric shapes while putting them together. On the outside, the typeface and supporting graphics are applied to its surface, enhancing its uniqueness.
